Using refrigerated biscuits makes the dip come together quickly.  It only takes one package because we are going to cut each biscuit in half, then roll them into a ball and situate them around the outside of the skillet.

The dip in the center starts with cream cheese but the addition of chopped pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayo, Italian seasoning and garlic powder pull it all together.

Spread the mixture into the middle of the biscuits in an even layer.

Top with 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce and then cover the entire dish {biscuits included} with Parmesan.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the dip is hot and bubbly.

I love how simple this dish is to serve.  Just place the entire skillet on the table and then let guest do the rest.  Pull apart the biscuits along with some delicious dip and you will have a satisfied crowd.  Look at that cheese pull!!
