Happy Monday sweet peeps!!  I have an awesome and absolutely simple dinner recipe for you today.  6 ingredients, layer and voila…dinner is on the table.  I just love it when a plan comes together.  I especially love it when the plan includes a dish that the entire family loves.  I had originally saw a recipe similar to this one that used penne pasta but I thought that ravioli would be extra tasty and cheeseeeeee.  Ravioli also only take about 5 minutes to boil, so it helps save time.  On the weekends I don’t mind making meals that take a bit longer in the kitchen but on busy weeknights I am all about QUICK.  I just don’t want to compromise on flavor.  We are getting all of the flavor and textures of chicken parmesan but in about a quarter of the time.

Sometimes when I type a recipe like this I feel a little guilty because we are basically taking two frozen items, a jar of marinara and cheese to create dinner.  Then I realize that there are just nights that require that!!  Sometimes keeping things super simple is important to get dinner on the table and to keep mom’s sanity {cause there is that!}.  We are basically layering ingredients.  Boil the ravioli, cook and chop the chicken, add the marinara to the ravioli and layer…layer…layer…layer…bake.

The outcome is this super cheesy {I think I already said that…I guess cheese is important to me}, easy to get on the table and your family will be happy campers.
